蛋包饭 Omelet Rice (Rice Cooker version)

Master Bai's Omelet Rice (Rice cooker version)

用料  for 6 persons portion

洋葱  1/2 of Onion diced 
cooking oil (3 TBSP)
Butter about 1/3 stick
蘑菇 as needed or use potato or
山藥 一 個 (same portion as onion/carrot)
胡萝卜 about 1/3 of a big carrot stick 
猪肉末 about 9 TBSP of minced pork
番茄酱 about 9 TBSP (1 TBSP for each cup of Rice
2-3 cups of rice preferred presoaked
spicy soy sauce 3 TBSP
minced garlic about 1 TBSP
water 2-3 cups
2 eggs, mixed and some cooking oil and ketchup/pepper for garnishing

Lay all ingredients on top of the rice and water in the rice cooker tin
cooking according to rice cooker instructions

mixed two eggs to make omelet layer in frying pan with some cooking oil, pour 1 cup of cooked rice mixture on top then wait until it's set.

leftover rice may be refrigerated or freezed for later use, just need to microwaved or heat up in frying pan.

*trick here, once fold and flip the omelet, shape the omelet with paper towel on the plate:)
garnish with ketchup and pepper.
