I'm planning to use the leftover (if there's any left) to make the curry bun which is also shared by her. Very thankful to find her recipes after my trip to Osaka and missing the melon pan (try to duplicate the special treat of Melon Pan which were fillled with ice cream (Matcha and Vanilla favor).
